Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Laredo, Texas. Conceptual plans call civil work for a runway / taxiway.
Consultants are strongly encouraged to submit their Request for Qualifications (RFQ) Statements electronically through the use of Cit-E-Bid or in person via hand delivery. Mailed responses (USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, or facsimile responses will not be considered. Consultants must register as a supplier/consultant prior to submitting electronically. Manual Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted up to 45 minutes before the hour they are due. For manual drop-off, the SOQ must be in a sealed envelope marked with the RFQ title, company name, company address, and company phone number. Notify the security officer upon arrival to drop off an RFQ. All persons are to wait for access to the 3rd floor to time-stamp the envelope, make a copy, and return it to the submitter, who is encouraged to wait for their copy of the time-stamped envelope. Copies of the RFQ specifications can be downloaded from the City of Laredo website.
