A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Contract involves furnishing all labor and materials required for the Township Park Building Septic System as described in the construction documents and drawings. Each bid must contain the full name and street address of the bidder, a signed Non-Collusion Affidavit, a signed Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code Bids shall be sealed and shall be clearly marked on the outside of the package "BIDS FOR Madison Township Park Building Septic System. Failure to submit bids in conformance with the Contract Documents will result in rejection of the bid as non-responsive. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Butler Township, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage & Hour Division. The right is reserved by the Township to reject any or all Bids, to waive formalities, to accept the lowest and best Bid, and to hold Bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening for evaluating both the Bids and Bidders Question Deadline 11/14/2025 No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications or other Contract Documents will be made to any Bidder orally. Requests for such interpretations should be in writing, addressed to the Engineer. To be given consideration, requests must be received at least seven days prior to the time fixed for the opening of the bids.
