Kinkora Ballfield Infield Reconstruction. Phase 1 - Description of Work 1) Removal of existing backstop posts and chain link fencing attached to existing backstop. 2) Removal of existing backstop wing posts and chain-link fencing and posts attached to these wings and extending from the main backstop towards each dugout on first baseline and third baseline. 3) Removal of existing Four (4) Foot High Chain-link fencing and posts from First Baseline dugout and Third Base-line dugout all the way to the right field corner posts and left field corner posts respectively. 4) Removal of existing Four (4) Foot High Chain Link fencing and posts, along the complete Outfield Perimeter, from Left Field Corner Post to the Right Field Corner post respectively. 5) Removal of existing dugouts, bleachers, Ball-Shed and other miscellaneous items. These items become the property of the contractor. 6) Complete removal of 40-50 feet of the existing Tennis Court asphalt, topsoil and subsurface to have it level with existing ballfield surface levels. 7) Complete regrading of the existing infield ball diamond as specified in the attached Specifications document and diagrams provided. Measurements will have to be confirmed with the successful contractor once the tender has been awarded.
