New Mexico State University, an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer, will accept proposals for the following project in the office of the Chief Procurement Officer of Procurement Services. Alamogordo Classroom Building Complex Design New Mexico State University (NMSU) is seeking proposals from qualified firms for architectural, engineering and professional planning services associated with NMSU-A, in Alamogordo, New Mexico. 2024 Capital Projects General Obligation Bond Act has appropriated one million dollars ($1,000,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate and equip facilities and infrastructure at the Alamogordo branch campus of New Mexico State University in Otero County. Scope of Work to include but limited to the design and construction of a new building/s at NMSU Alamogordo Campus, Alamogordo New Mexico to replace the Classroom Buildings complex in full compliance with state, federal, local codes, and to meet the needs of the user group. The building size and occupancy will be determined by a spaced needs assessment.
