Bids are requested for the following prime contract: Contract 101: General Construction Contract. Bidders are required to submit a copy of their valid certificate of registration with the NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry along with their bid. Applications for registration shall not be accepted as a substitute for a valid certificate of registration. A bid not accompanied by the required bid security, a valid NYS Department of Labor certificate of registration, or other required data, or a bid that is incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection.
