Site work and paving for a civil project in Lancaster, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The City of Lancaster Public Works Department is seeking bids for Pleasant Run Road Wastewater Rehabilitation project. 1. Mobilization 2 Trench Safety Plan Preparation and Implementation 3 SDR-26 PVC Sewer Pipe (8-inch) 4 Rehabilitate Existing Manhole Invert Channel 5 Rehabilitate Existing Manhole Pipe Penetrations 6 Removing and Replacing Manhole Cone, Frame, and Cover 7 Rehabilitate Existing Manhole with Protective Lining 8 Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) 9 Vacuum Testing of Sanitary Sewer Manholes 10 Remove and Replace Concrete Pavement 11 Remove and Replace Sidewalk Pavement 12 Bypass Pumping Preparation and Implementation 13 Traffic Control Contractor shall provide the total cost of the project (base bid) using the Quantity Bid forms. Contractor shall provide a total project cost as a not to exceed (NTE) amount.It should be noted that the total project cost as a not to exceed (NTE) amount will be the legally binding amount for this project. The City will not pay more than the contracted NTE amount for the project under any circumstances. Question Cut Off Date 2/2/2026 02:00:00 PM (CT) All question summitted by online Completion- 180 calendar days The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the completion of the project. The project scope is defined in the 100% design documents (prepared by Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc.) and includes, but is not limited to: o Mobilization and trench safety measures. o Installation of approximately 647 LF of 8-inch SDR-26 PVC sewer pipe. o Rehabilitation of 17 manholes, including invert channels, pipe penetrations, cone/frame/cover replacement, and epoxy lining application. o Pavement and sidewalk replacement disturbed by construction. o Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM) backfill and embedment as needed. o Bypass pumping, vacuum testing, and CCTV inspection of sewer lines. o Full traffic control plan implementation in accordance with TxDOT and MUTCD standards. All construction, rehabilitation and restoration work shall be performed as shown in the contract documents (final construction drawings and bid items). The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the City.
