The District will accept sealed bids for Network Electronics projects that comply with the Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund (USF) Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, and Products and Services Specifications. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope labeled as required and an electronic copy must also be uploaded to the Triple R bidder portal by the stated deadline. A five percent (5%) Bid Bond of the total base Bid price must be included. Bidders must supply, upon request, samples and/or brochures of proposed materials and equipment. Required documents with the bid include a Bid Signature Page, Bill of Materials, Familial Disclosure Affidavit, Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and a list of four references, one of which must be a school or school district. All required forms must be properly completed and notarized where necessary. The Bid must include full legal name, business address, phone number, and statement of legal entity type. Each Bid must be signed by a duly authorized person. Bids received without the required Bid Bond will be rejected. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Any variance from specifications must be explained in writing. All prices must be quoted on a unit price basis and include the total price. Manufacturer brands or models named do not exclude other comparable products, and substitutions are acceptable at no additional cost if approved by the District in advance. The District reserves the right to receive any price reductions, discounts, or rebates offered by manufacturers to the selected vendor or contractor.
