SWACO plans to enter into a contract with one (1) or more qualified Proposers that have the ability to perform some, or all of the services outlined in the Scope of Services. The Project is for a three- (3)-year task-order contract(s) to perform general construction services at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill and its facilities as directed by SWACO. Task-order projects may vary in size, description, and duration. After the contract with SWACO is executed, one (1) or more will be contacted with a task order request which will specify the details of that project. The Successful Proposer(s) will respond with prices and a timeline for completion of the requested task order. The Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio (SWACO) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified proposers to provide general construction services at the Franklin County Sanitary Landfill and its other facilities. For questions concerning this Request for Qualifications, contact SWACO Procurement in writing only at procurement@swaco.org. No phone calls please. SWACO reserves the right to reject any and all SOQs and to waive minor irregularities or informalities in the selection process.
