Request for proposals for the modernization of MMH West Campus Elevators 3 & 4 at Midland Memorial Hospital. Specifications may be obtained by emailing the contacts provided. Proposals must be submitted to the Department of Materials Management of Midland Memorial Hospital via email to the indicated addresses by the specified deadline. Proposals must be titled "RFP # 1535-102025, Modernization of MMH West Campus Elevators 3 & 4." Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Price protection is required until the specified date. Proposals will remain confidential until after an award is made, after which they may be reviewed according to hospital policy. The hospital district reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive formalities. All inquiries regarding the specifications (RFI's) shall be sent via email to the attention of Steve Kinnaman at steve@skaecg.com with a cc to Chuck Brooks at chuck.brooks@midlandhealth.org and Amy Fultz at amy.fultz@midlandhealth.org. No oral explanation concerning the meaning of these specifications will be made and no oral instructions will be given before the award of the contract. Elevator Contractors shall act promptly to ask questions or obtain specification in Midland Memorial Hospital relations and allow sufficient time for a reply to reach them before the submission of their quotations. Any required interpretation will be in the form of an addendum to these specifications which will then be forwarded to all Elevator Contractors by the Elevator Consultant.
