Scope This project involves the rehabilitation of the City of Texas City Chlorination Building at the Knox WWTP, located at Bay Street Ext. Texas City Texas. Work includes all necessary labor, material, and equipment required to complete the improvements per the drawings and specifications. Question Deadline 11/07/2025 Submit questions about bidding documents to the Engineer/Professional. Inquiries are permitted until ninety-six (96) hours prior to bid opening. Necessary replies will be issued to bidders of record as addenda, which become a part of the bidding documents. Project Summary This project involves the rehabilitation of the City of Texas City Chlorination Building at the Knox WWTP, located at 3901 Bay Street Extension, Texas City Texas 77590. The rehabilitation work includes but is not limited to: Replacement of the roof Repainting of the building inside & out, and painting some electrical panels inside the building Replacement of hanging heaters Replacement of vents, fans, louvres Installation of an epoxy floor Replacement of hanging lights and wall mounted lights Replacement of an overhead door, several man doors Assistance with the temporary relocation of the bulk chemical tanks Misc. electrical repairs (wires, conduit, switches)
