Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Borden, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development; and for the construction of a eight-unit multi-residential development.
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary to construct eight (8) new apartment buildings (6-units each) at Canadian Forces Base Borden, Ontario. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 637 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 35 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
