Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Oro-Medonte, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 96,000-square-foot, two-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
The Construction Manager (CM) is expected to provide comprehensive Construction Management Services to support the delivery of a new Airport Hangar with Integrated Office Space. The facility will accommodate the storage and maintenance of both fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft, along with adjoining office and support areas intended for emergency services occupancy. This may include engaging specialty consultants as required to ensure successful execution of the project. The Ornge LSRA Base Project is located at the LSRA at the corner of Airport Road in Line 7N in Barrie Ontario. The buildings will have a collective footprint of about 80,000 ft2, but also include some administrative space on the second floor with a gross area of 96,000 ft2.
