Furnishing and Installation of a 200KW Standby Diesel Generator, to include Concrete Foundation, Automatic Transfer Switch, and electrical tie-ins to place the Generator into Service. The project includes the furnishing of all materials and labor for the installation of a New 200 KW Standby Diesel Generator, Automatic Transfer Switch, and Foundation at Benton City WSC's Old Devine Rd. Water Plant. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety. A certified check or bank draft made payable to the Benton City Water Supply Corporation may be submitted in lieu of the Bid Bond. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished. No bid may be withdrawn for 30 days after the above scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The Benton City Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to waive any informalities in the bid and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Benton City Water Supply Corporation for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
