Reference Number 0000401750 The North Central Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is opening the North Texas Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Call for Projects to select public sector properties on which to build electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. NCTCOG was awarded $15 million* by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) as part of the Charging and Fueling Infrastructure Community grant program to build up to 100 EV charging ports on public property in the 16-county NCTCOG region. As part of this project, NCTCOG has procured a consultant, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc., to serve as the Deployment Dream Team that will assist public agencies in developing their applications and provide support to streamline the project during implementation. Applications received after that time will not be considered and will be returned to the Applicant unopened. The in-hand submittal will count as the official submittal. In addition to the in-hand submittal, as NCTCOG is testing a new e-procurement system, NCTCOG will be releasing this RFP through the Bidnet Direct system and will accept electronic submissions through the system. A online will be included when the CFP is published. Proposers are encouraged to submit a courtesy response in Bidnet Direct to help familiarize themselves and NCTCOG staff with the system.
