ALLIANCE #25-016 SDG Project No. 2025-011.00 Sealed bids are requested for multiple bid packages related to the Monroe County High School Performing Arts Center. Copies of plans and specifications are available for download, and hard copies may be obtained at the bidder's expense. Bids must be submitted using the form of proposal issued by addenda, placed in a prepared envelope with the bidder's name and bid package number on the outside. The packages requested include site excavation and storm drainage, concrete and general trades, masonry, structural steel and miscellaneous steel, roofing, hollow metal doors, frames, flush wood doors, finish hardware and miscellaneous specialties, aluminum entrances, storefronts, aluminum windows and glazing, gypsum board assemblies and acoustical panel ceilings, flooring, painting and joint sealants, casework and millwork, fixed audience seating, fire protection, plumbing and HVAC, and electrical. Each proposal must include a certified check, cash, or bidder's bond in the amount of not less than 5% of the base proposal. Proposals must be properly filled out, and no qualifying letters or statements will be considered. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty days after the opening. If a successful bidder fails to execute a satisfactory contract and bond, they will forfeit their bid security and be liable for any resulting loss. Bids not received on time or in the proper form will be returned unopened. Each successful bidder will execute a contract directly with the Owner and not with the Construction Manager.
