This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is issued by the Avon Maitland District School Board ("AMDSB") inviting qualified and experienced proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Architectural Consulting Services, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The AMDSB operates a total of 39 schools, consisting of 31 elementary and 8 secondary school buildings across Perth and Huron Counties in Southwestern Ontario. In addition, AMDSB operates an online secondary school and provides continuing education across the district . The intent of this RFP is to establish a fixed-price contract for a period of three (3) years, with the option, at AMDSB's sole discretion, to extend for up to two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The contract will commence upon contract execution, with services anticipated to begin as early as January 2026. Through this RFP, AMDSB is seeking proposals from experienced Architectural Consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in delivering comprehensive consulting services for capital renewal and new construction projects within the education sector.
