IMPORTANT NOTICES Please note: The Corporation has revised its contractual documents to comply with amendments to the Regulation respecting certain service contracts of public bodies, which came into force on 20 March 2025. We invite you to carefully read all contractual documentation to familiarise yourself with the changes that have been made. Recommendation to submit bids electronically The Company has undertaken initiatives for its digital transformation and, as a result, strongly recommends that bidders submit their bids electronically through the SEAO. Authorisation to contract/Revenu Quebec certification Bidders are strongly advised to submit their application for a Revenu Quebec certificate and, where applicable, their application for authorisation to contract with the Autorite des marches publics as soon as possible, in accordance with the requirements of the contract documents, to ensure that these requirements are met before the deadline indicated in the Instructions to Bidders and/or the Supplementary Instructions. The contract covered by this call for tenders is required for a period of three (3) seasons from its effective date. The probable start date for services is 1 May 2026. Opening of tenders: The public opening of tenders will take place on the date and at the time specified for the receipt of tenders. The only way for anyone to attend this opening is to view it live on the Internet at the address indicated for this purpose in the Additional Instructions. No subsequent viewing of the video recording of the opening is possible, nor is any recording or broadcast of it.
