Site work and renovation of a civil project in White Plains, New York. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project accomplishes the rehabilitation of the secondary treatment system including upgrades to all mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, instrumentation, electrical, architectural, and structural systems, including all necessary appurtenances. The work will include, but not be limited to, replacement of the fiberglass reinforced tank covers, return and waste activated sludge pumps, effluent pumps, scum pumps, gates, skimmings and secondary sludge collection equipment, piping and valves, hoisting equipment, effluent water piping expansion system to replace city water. The project is include in the Westchester County's 2026-2030 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of October 29, 2025, information regarding a design firm and the general contractor selection timeline has not been disclosed.
