Includes removal of partitions, finishes (flooring, ceilings, wall tile), fixtures, accessories, and disposal of debris. Protection of surfaces/fixtures to remain (elevator, terrazzo floors, walls, stairs, handrails). Building will be vacant during demolition All bid submissions must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price.
