Site work, paving, new construction and remodeling of a mixed-use development in Leander, Texas. Design plans call for the remodel of a 3,000-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; for the construction of a 4,000-square-foot, one-story above grade office development; for site work for a office development; pre-engineered storage facility; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Plans consist of the remodeling of a single-story pre-engineered metal building which includes the interior finish out, exterior building upgrades and new parking lot and walks. Exterior scope items included are covered material storage bins, new wash rack, and Concrete Pad for owner-provided above ground fueling station. Plans also call for the construction of a new single-story office building including site improvements. The building will house offices, conference room and breakroom and will be located adjacent to the Maintenance Faculty and will share the same parking lot. As of October 22, 2025, the project is in design. The project will be bid out openly by the owner in the early fall of 2026.
