This project entails additions and interior renovations to the existing SMCC Holmes Gym for a Men's Volleyball Facility. Bids for the construction are to be submitted either in a sealed envelope or electronically transmitted in Adobe PDF format, and must include a fully executed bid form and all additionally required documentation in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and applicable state Bid Laws. Each bidder must be qualified under Mississippi Law, affix their Certificate of Responsibility Number on the sealed envelope, and include a Bid Bond equal to five percent of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond and Performance Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract amount. The Owner retains the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the opening date. Bid documents are available in either paper or digital format through the specified website and require registration for access. Only bids submitted in accordance with the specified procedures will be accepted.
