Renovation of an educational facility in Deltona, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids are being solicited for Heritage Middle to replace the fire alarm. Bids must be received by the specified date and time at Volusia County Schools Facilities Services Building. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required for all bidders, who must be represented by an authorized employee. Bid documents are available for review and must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check in the amount of five percent of the total bid. All bids shall be binding for 60 days from the bid opening or until School Board approval, whichever comes first. All bids are subject to the provisions outlined in the Solicitation and Instructions to Bidders. The School Board may reject any one or more bids as permitted by law. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders are required to hold a current Certificate of Prequalification issued by the School Board of Volusia County, Florida at the time of the bid opening.
