Site work for a water / sewer project in Hudsonville, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing 1500 feet of 12 inch PVCC900 water main and 90 tons of HMA pavement replacement, including all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Blendon Township in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price. The surety shall bind the bidder for a period of sixty (60) days after the receipt of bids. The project must be completed within forty-five (45) days from the start of construction but no later than November 13, 2026. The contractor must coordinate with the 48th Avenue water main project for Georgetown Charter Township and the round-a-bout at Baldwin Street and 48th Avenue for Ottawa County Road Commission. Question Deadline 10/30/2025: Questions to be addressed in the addendum will be received through 5:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
