The U.S. Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Upper Great Plains Region, requires janitorial and custodial services for the Armour Substation Warehouse located in Armour, South Dakota. The contract includes a base period of performance from November 10, 2025, through November 9, 2026. All work must be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and applicable wage determinations. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for small businesses with valid SAM registration. The contractor is expected to comply with all relevant federal, state, and local safety and health regulations, and utilize sustainable and biobased cleaning products as part of the Department's environmental initiatives. The contract also includes clauses related to supply chain risk management, labor standards, and sustainable acquisition practices. Location: 39303 285th Street, Armour, SD 57313 Period of performance is from 11/10/2025 through 11/9/2026 Any questions concerning this solicitation MUST be submitted in writing and received in the contracting office NO LATER THAN 30 October, 2025 at 12 Central time.
