Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Santa Rosa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The County of Sonoma (County), is soliciting bids for 3880 Brickway Blvd - ROV Tenant Improvement (Mechanical Scope) The official time for submission will be determined by the clock displayed on the lobby's monitor. Bids shall be for the total net price including all applicable charges. Bidders shall submit the entire bid book and all other required documents for the bid submission and all documents shall be in a sealed envelope. The bid opening will be conducted in person and opened at 400 Aviation Blvd, Ste 100, Santa Rosa, CA 95403. Virtual attendance with Microsoft Teams will also be available. The County will open all Bids promptly following the deadline for receiving Bids. The Bid Opening may also be attended online via Microsoft Teams. To attend virtually with Microsoft Teams, please use the access details. Question Deadline 10/24/2025 Technical questions and inquiries should be emailed to Leah DeLong at leah.delong@sonomacounty.gov at Sonoma County Public Infrastructure. Only questions received will receive a response. Questions will not be accepted by phone. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum, if necessary, online on October 27, 2025.
