Site work, new construction and remodeling of a transportation facility in Ephrata, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the remodel of a transportation facility; transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.
Grant Transit Authority is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance data from experienced architectural firms to design and prepare plans and specifications for constructing and remodeling the Grant Transit Authority Ephrata Transit Center Property located in the City of Ephrata in Grant County, Washington. Applicants must provide a transmittal letter on firm letterhead, one original written statement of qualifications and performance data, three written copies of said statement, and a flash drive containing a copy of the submitted statement in a standard electronic format. Alternatively, applicants may submit statements electronically in a commercially acceptable format. All responsive statements must be received at the specified office by the deadline. A non-responsive or incomplete proposal will not be considered. All costs incurred in preparing and submitting a proposal shall be at the proposing firm's sole risk and expense. GTA reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all proposals, and/or amend, modify, or discontinue the RFP at any time. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
