Question Deadline 01/06/2026 at 2:00 PM ET The work primarily involves replacing the domestic water piping and completely renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms in Group 2 in Block A (32 rooms) and Group 5 in Block F (28 rooms). This includes replacing flooring, window coverings, paint, plumbing fixtures, and light fixtures with new, durable, contemporary, and energy-efficient models. The work will also include finishing work, selective demolition, and reconstruction to allow for plumbing and electrical work, as well as cleaning and reinstalling ventilation ducts. Demolition will be carried out in the presence of hazardous materials, requiring specific safety measures and rigorous management of contaminated materials in accordance with applicable standards. Work in both groups will be carried out concurrently to optimize completion times and ensure the project is finished as quickly as possible. Water samples will be taken at the end of the project to verify the quality of the drinking water. During the works, the rooms will be uninhabitable and prior coordination with the client is required.
