Mechanical and electrical upgrades are to be provided and installed at Si View Apartments, 404 Healy Avenue South, North Bend, WA 98045, a property with 20 units. Bids are solicited from qualified firms for this work. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all potential bidders. Bid documents can be downloaded from the specified website. WORK SCOPE SUMMARY Install twenty (20) multi-head ductless heat pumps (DHPs) with (3) wall-mounted indoor head units. Existing baseboard and/or in-wall heaters and associated thermostats are to be removed, and a combination drywall patched and painted, as well as j boxes and blank face plates will be installed locations where necessary. Install sixty (60) wireless, wall-mounted DHP thermostats, one (1) for bedrooms for a total of two (2) bedrooms and one (1) for the living room. Replace twenty (20) exhaust fans in bathrooms. Replace twenty (20) bath fan timers and replace them with humidistat fan controls. Alternates: Alternate #1: Install one (1) DHP in the office, existing baseboard and/or inwall heaters and associated thermostats are to be removed, and a combination drywall patched and painted, as well as j boxes and blank face plates will be installed locations where necessary. Alternate #2: Install one (1) wireless, wallmounted DHP thermostats for the office. Alternate #3: Install one (1) Laundry Room Exhaust fan. Alternate #4: Install one (1) Laundry room humidistat.
