Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Meno, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Work will generally include but is not limited to: 4,250 square feet of road regrade (mill and asphalt overlay) 6,000 square feet of paving existing turnaround at the end of Water Street (Box out and asphalt overlay). Furnish and install five (5) new storm catch basins and associated piping and connect to existing 12 drainage line. Furnish and install two (2) new storm catch basins by cutting in to existing 12 storm drain line. Restoration of all affected sidewalks, lawns, driveways etc. to original or better condition as required. Completion Date: June 15 th 2026 Village anticipates awarding work and signing contracts at their November 10 th 2025 Board Meeting Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders.
