Main Tasks: Replacement of gas boilers with gas/electric boilers and heating pumps. Replacement of gas water heaters with electric ones. Upgrade of pneumatic control valves and thermostats to electronic. Electrical system upgrade from 120/208V to 347/600V. Replacement of pneumatic ventilation systems with electronic ones. Expansion of the main electrical room. Modifications to chimneys, heating piping, ventilation ducts, electrical distribution, and associated regulation and remote management systems.
