SUNY Potsdam intends to make an award for the renovation of the Maxcy Hall Dance Studio to create a Bouldering Cave. This is a construction contract opportunity with an estimated project value of $250,000 - $300,000. The successful contractor shall be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability forms, as well as complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law j&k and Public Officers Law. Total MWBE participation goals are set at 30% and the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal is 6%. This is a prevailing wage project under Schedule PRC# 2025011649. All bids are due in duplicate with original signatures and all required documentation per the IFB, submitted in a sealed envelope clearly labeled with the project name and due date.
