Renovation of an educational facility in Leesville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Leesville Roof Replacement at 3329 University Parkway, Leesville, Louisiana. The project includes selective demolition, rough carpentry, sheathing, preparation for re-roofing, installation of asphalt shingles, sheet metal flashing and trim, roof specialties, joint sealants, and exterior painting. Bids must be submitted on provided forms, properly signed, and not filled out in pencil. Bids without signature, completed in pencil, or not submitted on NSUs standard forms will not be accepted. Bids must be received at the specified address by the specified deadline to be considered. Bidders must submit a hard copy bid to the Purchasing Office, clearly labeled with ITB #7670, and containing original signatures of authorized officials. Required documents at the time of bid opening include the Louisiana Uniform Public Bid Form (with base bid, alternates, and acknowledgement), Unit Price Form, Bid Security, Corporate Resolution or satisfactory evidence of authority, and Louisiana Contractors License Number. Fax or e-mail submissions are not acceptable. Submissions received late will not be considered. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ensure timely delivery.
