This CM at Risk procurement is conducted pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 9.33 to Section 9.335. This Request for Qualifications ("RFQ") is the first phase of a two-phase procurement process as set forth in ORC Section 9.33. The Bowling Green Community has grown significantly in recent decades and response times to emergency calls from some locations within the City fall short of contemporary standards. The main headquarters station suffers from programmatic and structural deficiencies and is past it's useful life. Studies from the Ohio Fire Chiefs' Association recommend replacement of the Headquarters Station with 2 new fire facilities- one Northwest of downtown and one Southeast The Construction Manager shall be responsible for complete Construction Management services for all phases of the project for a guaranteed maximum price. At each phase, the City at its sole discretion will determine whether it will proceed to the next phase or terminate Construction Manager services on the project. A detailed scope of services will be included in the Request for Proposals. The following is an outline of services anticipated.
