Although not yet firm, construction for the whole/entire project is estimated to start sometime in Q3-Q4 of this year, 2026. SUB-RC-001 - PH 2 The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: Drilled Shaft Installation for the companion Bridge to the Existing I-71/75 Brent Spence Bridge over the Ohio river between Covington, KY and Cincinnati, OH.
