Summary The City of Urbana is seeking assistance to improve the sidewalks on the west side of Cunningham Avenue from just north of Kerr Avenue to just south of East Country Club Road. This work includes construction of new sidewalks (5,776 SQ FT), curb and gutter (428 FOOT), driveway pavement (336 SQ YD), utility adjustments, and appurtenances. Background - This project is funded with local Tax Increment Financing (TIF) 4 District funds.
