Project Number - 19049 Question Deadline 11/06/2025 at 11:00 AM CT Questions via Online Portal Project Description: The River Authority is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the Culebra Creek Trail (Grissom to Culebra Road). This project involves the construction of a 1.6-mile, 12-foot-wide concrete trail that will connect to the existing Culebra Creek Trails within the Howard W. Peak Greenway Trails System. The project will include one street connection at Culebra Road and one neighborhood connection to the Nueces Canyon neighborhood, enhancing trail accessibility and connectivity within the area. This project continues the trail improvements through the Howard W. Peak Creekway trail system along the Culebra Creek from Grissom Road to the Culebra Road. This trail linkage will create new recreational opportunities and connectivity for both residents and visitors to destinations and points of interest such as County and City parks and other community assets. The River Authority's responses to questions received in advance, may be distributed at the Pre-Submittal Conference and posted with this solicitation. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional, but highly recommended. Any oral responses provided by River Authority staff at the Pre-Submittal Conference are not confirmed until they are in writing and posted with this solicitation. The project will include one street connection at Culebra Road and one neighborhood connection to the Nueces Canyon neighborhood, enhancing trail accessibility and connectivity within the area.
