As of January 13, 2026 the project has been awarded. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires the provision and installation of a 20KW standby diesel engine generator at MAST site B in Punta Tuna, Maunabo, Puerto Rico, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) agreement to the lowest priced, fully responsive and responsible offeror. The solicitation is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. Offerors must submit a completed SIR document with all pricing and certifications, along with an Organizational Experience Questionnaire demonstrating relevant generator installation experience within the past five years, valued at or over $15,000.00. A site visit is scheduled for November 6, 2025, and all questions must be submitted by November 10, 2025. Proposals are due by November 17, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central Time.
