VERDIGRIS RIVER WATER TREATMENT PLANT ON-SITE HYPOCHLORITE GENERATION SYSTEM BRINE TANK: This project includes purchase and installation of a brine maker/storage tank for the existing on-site hypochlorite generation system at the Verdigris Water Treatment Plant. The bid includes installation of the brine tank and all required support facilities including concrete pad, piping, valves, electrical, and instrumentation and control. The Verdigris Water Treatment Plant is located at 6670 S. 361st Street in Broken Arrow, OK 74014. Construction time will be 365 calendar days. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. All required affidavits and Proposal Guarantees must be submitted through QuestCDN.com with bid documents. Only bids submitted as required by 1:45 p.m. on the date of the bid opening will be considered. Bidders must submit the Statement of Qualifications & Experience using the form found in Section II Proposal Documents with the bid. Within two days after Bid opening, the apparent successful Bidder must submit to BAMA a list of the Subcontractors, Suppliers, individuals or entities proposed for the installation and support facilities, along with statements of qualifications and experience. Failure to submit required information or affidavits may result in rejection. A five percent proposal guarantee is required, and the successful Bidder must furnish all required bonds after award.
