Site work for a water / sewer project in Lakewood, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is located within the City of Lakewood and Jefferson County, Colorado and includes, but is not limited to: 3,536 linear feet of 8-inch cured in place pipe (CIPP) rehabilitation, removal of 50 manhole steps, excavated point repairs, lining of 7 vertical feet of manholes, various minor manhole repairs and coordination with the owner, all as described in the Contract Documents. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "PLEASANT VIEW WATER AND SANITATION DISTRICT: 2025 SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT." Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the closing time. The successful bidder must furnish Performance and Maintenance and Labor and Material Payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract. The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept the proposal or combination of proposals which, in its judgment, will best serve the District's interest. No proposal will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation who is deemed a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District Board of Directors. No bids will be considered which are received after the time indicated; any such bids will be returned unopened.
