The City of Riverside ("City") is seeking a qualified entity or individual ("Company") toprovideMulti-Prime Construction Management services during the pre-construction, bidding, construction, andpost construction phases of the Riverside Police Headquarters Construction Project, at 4102OrangeStreet.The Construction Management (CM) entity will provide general oversight of theabove-mentionedphases of the project to ensure a quality project that is completed on scheduleandwithinbudget.As a brief overview, the selected Firm will be generally responsible for providingservices inconjunctionwith City staff and/or all architectural, engineering and consulting firms awardedworkbytheCity;pre-construction work such as developing and updating the overall project scheduleandprojectbudget;construction administration and change management; monitor quality of constructionviaregularjob-site inspections; testing, startup, and commissioning monitoring; constructionsafetyinspection;technical data entry and document control including as built drawings anddailyfieldnotesandclosing out the Project.
