Sealed bids are invited for University Park Pool Renovations, #25010BA. Complete contract documents, including drawings and technical specifications, are available electronically upon request from the Project Architect. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, in accordance with state requirements, and the successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Only contractors licensed for Building Construction under Louisiana law are eligible to bid. Bids may not be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. All bids must be plainly marked and include the project name and number on the outside of the envelope. Question Deadline 11/10/2025 Bidders, requiring clarification or interpretation of Bidding Documents, shall make a written request to the Architect to reach him at least seven (7) working days prior to the date of receipt of bids. Extra payment will not be authorized for relocation, removal, and/or temporary removal and reinstallation of any existing or newly installed construction (ducts, conduit, piping, wiring, fixtures, equipment, finishes, etc.)
