Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 34,753-square-foot multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.
In accordance with the rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia and applicable Town Policies and By-Laws, the Town of New Glasgow is soliciting proposals from qualified residential constructors/developers, with a proven track record of successful collaborative projects, interested in entering into an agreement with the Town for the development of lands located at the end of Kennedy Court, with street frontage on Churchill Drive. Scope of Work Development of Town-owned lands at 277 Abercrombie Road (PID 00953000) into multi-unit residential housing. Minimum 6 units required, suggested option is 10 units (4 units on each of two lots west of Kennedy Court extension and 2 units east).
