Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Mebane, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of grading, installation of asphalt basketball court with goals and striping, fencing, concrete sidewalk, lighting of the playing surface, erosion control, landscaping, and extension of RCP pipe. Provided bids are within budget, it is expected that the contract will be awarded at the December 1st, 2025, City Council Meeting. If awarded, A Notice to Proceed will be issued January 1, 2026. Completion date is 150 days after NTP is issued. Questions about the Bid Documents are to be emailed to Trenton Novelli, PE at tnovelli@awck.com. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents and the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda, mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 7 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
