Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: a. General Trades Question Deadline 11/03/2025 All questions, interpretations, clarifications, etc. pertaining to the bid documents must be made in the separate form provided on the next page and emailed to Ashley Jewett at ashleyj@youngandwright.com and Jamie Jones at jjones@youngandwright.com with the email subject West Valley Central School District Capital Outlay Project 2025-2026 at least ten days prior to the bid opening. All questions are to reference a drawing number or specification section with page number Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid.
