Renovation of a multi-residential development in Burlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Project consists of: The expansion of the existing office will include new walls to be framed, new openings in existing walls, selective floor replacement, relocation of existing lighting, new outlets in the office expansion to meet code requirements, the expansion of the existing heating system into the new office space and plater/painting of the office expansion. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates) and made payable to the Burlington Housing Authority. All bidding Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted via email to Jessica Juncker, jjuncker@vancestein.com by 2:00 p.m., Monday, November 3rd, 2025 for general bids.
