The price should include all gun nails and Hilti concrete nails used. Set and level all porch and/or patio post anchoring each post at the top. The framer will also install 7/16 insulation dams around the exterior of the house. The framer will need to work closely with other trades to ensure other systems work properly. The successful contractor will need to follow all specs and plans as closely as possible and start work within 48 hours of the superintendents notification. Please give your prices for each house listed below and a total for Six Houses. This contractor will not install windows and doors Furnish all labor and materials as shown on plans and described herein relating to rough carpentry, including such items as wood framing, studding and bracing, sheathing, roof trusses and decking.
