Reference Number 0000305549 Objective To ensure the safety, structural integrity, and compliance of all racking systems at local warehouse facility. Seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual inspections and provide sealed inspection reports in accordance with applicable safety standards and industry best practices. Scope of Services The successful contractor shall provide the following services annually, during the term of the agreement: Inspection Services: 0 Conduct a comprehensive visual and structural inspection of all racking systems including pallet racking and cantilever racking systems at 245 Bartley Drive. Inspection shall be performed in accordance with applicable standards and manufacturer specifications. 0 Identify any damaged, missing, or non-compliant components and flag any safety concerns requiring repair or replacement. 0 Inspect for overloading, improper anchoring, frame/beam damage and other hazards. Reporting: Contractor to provide a sealed inspection report signed by a qualified engineer or equivalent professional. Report must include: 0 Inventory of racking systems inspected 0 Photographic evidence of deficiencies Prioritized list of corrective actions Comments on compliance and recommendations for safety improvements Safety & Equipment Requirements: 0 All inspection personnel must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Contractor is responsible for providing their own lifting equipment, including manlifts and any necessary access tools. As-Needed Services: The following services may be requested on an as-needed basis and will be billed according to the rates agreed upon. Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, which shall include, but not limited to: .1 Contractual liability coverage for liability assumed under GC32- INDEMNIFICATION; 2 Products and completed operations coverage; .3 Contingent employer's liability coverage, for any claims that might be brought against the TTC by any employee of the Company; .4 Owner's and Company's protective coverage for all subcontracted operations; .5 Sudden and accidental pollution coverage; .6 Non-owned automobile liability; and .7 Cross liability and severability of interests clause. .8 Such insurance shall provide a combined single limit of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for any one occurrence or accident for all claims arising out of bodily injury (including death) and damage to the property of others. Such liability insurance shall contain no exclusions in conflict with the character of the Work required to be performed under the Contract and shall include the TTC as an additional insured. .9 Any other valid or collectible insurance available to the TTC shall not apply to any loss until the coverage and limits available under the insurance policies maintained by the Company in accordance with this SC2.1 have been exhausted.
