The Residential building consists of 38,751 square-foot, 75 rooms with four beds room max, full bathrooms in each room, full commercial kitchen, health clinic with exam rooms, commercial laundry facilities, recreation/auditorium facilities, and administrative offices. The office building consists of 15,525 square-foot building, computer lab, multipurpose rooms, flexible office and meeting space. As of February 23, 2026, information regarding design firm, construction manager, and general contractor has not been released.
