Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Des Lacs, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The scopes of work for which we are accepting bids are: selective demolition, building and site concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, finish carpentry, waterproofing, spray insulation, air barrier, metal wall panels, membrane roofing, sectional doors, glazing, drywall, tile, acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, shooting range equipment, window shades, elevators, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, earthwork, and site utilities. All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid per sections. If not, the bid will be rejected, and the contract awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. The Bid Proposal Form and Scope of Work included in JE Dunn Front End Specifications should be filled out correctly. After all bids are opened and read out loud, JE Dunn shall then evaluate the bids, at a later date, and determine which is the most responsible.
