Remodeling of a municipal facility in Manning, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work involves the Dunn County Public Safety Center and Courthouse Remodel. The scopes of work for which bids are being accepted include: selective demolition, building and site concrete, precast concrete, masonry, structural steel, finish carpentry, waterproofing, spray insulation, air barrier, metal wall panels, membrane roofing, sectional doors, glazing, drywall, tile, acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, shooting range equipment, window shades, elevators, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, earthwork, and site utilities. Bids must be submitted either by email to Matt Lange with Je Dunn Construction or delivered by hand to the public bid opening. All bidders must be licensed for the full amount of the bid or the bid will be rejected and awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. The bidder must correctly fill out the Bid Proposal Form and Scope of Work as included in the Je Dunn front-end specifications. Evaluation of bids will occur after all bids are opened, and the governing body reserves the right to reject any and all bids or rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
